The Diocese of Velez is a Latin rite diocese in Santander department, Colombia, suffragan of the Archdiocese of Bucaramanga. It was erected on 14 May 2003 from the Diocese of Socorro y San Gil. Its seat is the Catedral Nuestra Senora de las Nieves in Velez.

History
Vélez, a city within Colombia's ecclesiastical province of Bucaramanga, is the seat of this diocese, known in Latin as Dioecesis Velezana.
