The Diocese of Conversano-Monopoli is a Latin Church diocese in Apulia, Italy, formed in 1986 by uniting the historic dioceses of Conversano and Monopoli. It is suffragan to the Archdiocese of Bari-Bitonto, led by Bishop Giuseppe Favale since 2016.

History
Since 1986, when the diocese of Monopoli was joined to the historic diocese of Conversano, the Diocese of Conversano-Monopoli (Latin: Dioecesis Conversanensis-Monopolitana) has served the Catholic Church in Apulia as a Latin diocese. It stands as a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Bari-Bitonto.
