History
About ten miles southwest of Trani, in Apulia, the Latin diocese of Andria (Latin: Dioecesis Andriensis) is seated at Andria Cathedral, which is built over a church dedicated to St. Peter. A suffragan of the archdiocese of Bari-Bitonto, the diocese counts 39 parishes and one priest for every 1,573 Catholics.
