The Diocese of Doume-Abong' Mbang is a Latin Catholic diocese in Cameroon, established as the Vicariate of Doume in 1949, raised to the Diocese of Doume in 1955, and renamed in 1983. It is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Bertoua and has been led by Bishop Jan Ozga since 1997.

In Cameroon, the cities of Doumé and Abong’ Mbang together anchor the Roman Catholic Diocese of Doumé-Abong’ Mbang (Latin: Dumen(sis)-Abongen(sis)-Mbangen(sis)), part of the ecclesiastical province of Bertoua.
