The Diocese of Yokadouma is a Latin Church suffragan diocese in eastern Cameroon, erected on 20 May 1991 as a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Bertoua. Its bishop, Justin Georges Ebengue, was appointed in January 2025.

History
A suffragan Latin see in the ecclesiastical province of the Metropolitan of Bertoua in Eastern Cameroon, the Roman Catholic Diocese of Yokadouma (Latin: Yokaduman(a)) nonetheless depends on the missionary Roman Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples. Its episcopal seat is the Cathédrale Marie Reine de la Paix in the city of Yokadouma, dedicated to Our Lady Queen of Peace.
