The Diocese of Cádiz y Ceuta is a Latin Church diocese in Andalusia and the autonomous city of Ceuta, Spain, suffragan of the Archdiocese of Seville. The see became sede vacante on 22 November 2025 when Pope Leo XIV accepted Bishop Rafael Zornoza's resignation and named Ramón Valdivia Giménez apostolic administrator.
