The Diocese of Eshowe is a Latin Church diocese in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, suffragan to the Archdiocese of Durban. Established as an apostolic prefecture in 1921 and elevated to a diocese in 1951, the see has been vacant since 2020 and is administered by Cardinal Wilfrid Fox Napier.
