The Diocese of Manzini is the Latin Rite diocese covering Eswatini, established as the Apostolic Prefecture of Swaziland in 1923 and a suffragan of Johannesburg in South Africa. It has been led by Bishop Jose Luis Gerardo Ponce de Leon since 2013.

History
Eswatini's Diocese of Manzini (Latin: Manzinien(sis)) is a Latin Church territory whose episcopal see is in the city of Manzini. It is a suffragan diocese within the ecclesiastical province of metropolitan Johannesburg in South Africa.
