The Diocese of Bayeux and Lisieux is an ancient Latin rite diocese covering the Calvados department in Normandy, France; the title of Lisieux was added in 1855 and the name took its current form in January 2025. It is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Rouen. Its seat is the Cathedral of Notre-Dame in Bayeux, with the Co-Cathedral of St. Peter in Lisieux.

History
Coextensive with the Department of Calvados, the Diocese of Bayeux and Lisieux (Latin: Dioecesis Baiocensis et Lexoviensis; French: Diocèse de Bayeux et Lisieux) is a Latin Church diocese of the Catholic Church in France, suffragan to the Archdiocese of Rouen, also in Normandy. The Concordat of 1802 folded the former Diocese of Lisieux into that of Bayeux, and a pontifical brief of 1854 authorized the Bishop of Bayeux to style himself Bishop of Bayeux and Lisieux. In 2022 the diocese had one priest for every 2,672 Catholics.
