The Diocese of Northampton is a Latin rite diocese covering Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire in England, erected on 29 September 1850 from the Apostolic Vicariate of the Eastern District at the restoration of the hierarchy. It is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Westminster. Its seat is the Cathedral of Our Lady Immaculate and St Thomas of Canterbury in Northampton.

With its see in Northampton, the Diocese of Northampton (Latin: Dioecesis Northantoniensis) is a Latin Church diocese of the Catholic church in England and Wales and a suffragan of Westminster. The Cathedral of Our Lady Immaculate and St Thomas of Canterbury serves as the mother church of the diocese.
