The Diocese of Ruteng is a Latin Church diocese on the island of Flores, suffragan to the Archdiocese of Ende, and one of the most heavily Catholic dioceses in Indonesia. It was established as an apostolic vicariate in 1951 and promoted to a diocese on January 3, 1961.

History
The city of Ruteng, within the ecclesiastical province of Ende in Indonesia, is the seat of this Roman Catholic diocese (Latin: Rutengen(sis)).
