The Diocese of Koforidua is a Latin Church diocese in the Eastern Region of Ghana, created on 6 July 1992 from the Diocese of Accra. It is suffragan to the Archdiocese of Accra and has been led by Bishop Joseph Kwaku Afrifah-Agyekum since 2006.

History
Koforidua, a city in Ghana, is the seat of a Roman Catholic diocese (Latin: Dioecesis Koforiduana) within the ecclesiastical province of Accra.
