Melkite Greek Catholic archeparchy of Zahle and Forzol covering most of the Beqaa Valley, Lebanon, in communion with Rome since 1724; the seat moved permanently to Zahleh in 1774. Its cathedral is the 18th-century Cathedral of Our Lady of Deliverance in Zahleh.

History
The Melkite Greek Catholic Archeparchy of Zahle and Forzol (Latin: Mariamnensis Graecorum Melkitarum) is a diocese of the Melkite Greek Catholic Church. It counted 150,000 baptized in 2012 and is presently governed by Archeparch Ibrahim M. Ibrahim, BS.
