The Diocese of Mamfe is a Latin Rite suffragan diocese in the South West Region of Cameroon, erected in 1999 from the Diocese of Buea. It is led by Bishop Aloysius Fondong Abangalo, appointed in 2022.

History
Mamfe, a city in Cameroon, gives its name to a Catholic diocese (Latin: Mamfen(sis)) belonging to the ecclesiastical province of Bamenda.
