History
Manga, in Burkina Faso, is the seat of a Catholic diocese (Latin: Dioecesis Mangana) within the ecclesiastical province of Ouagadougou. Its territory covers 25,600 square kilometres (9,870 sq mi) and holds a total population of 574,622, of whom 107,104 are Catholic, served by 16 priests and 21 religious. Médard Léopold Ouédraogo has led the diocese as bishop since his appointment in 2022.
