The Diocese of Montepulciano-Chiusi-Pienza is a Latin Church diocese in Tuscany, Italy, formed in 1986 by uniting three historic sees. It is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Siena-Colle di Val d'Elsa-Montalcino, led by Cardinal Augusto Paolo Lojudice.

Cardinal Augusto Paolo Lojudice will celebrate Mass for World Migrant and Refugee Day on Sunday, September 27, 2026. The liturgy is scheduled for 11 a.m. at the Basilica dell’Osservanza in Siena. Pierpaolo Felicolo, the general director of the Migrantes Foundation, will attend. The theme for this year's observance is "Even just one of these children."

The Conferenza Episcopale Toscana appointed Vittorio Giglio as the new regional delegate for Caritas. The bishops made the appointment during a meeting on Tuesday, September 15, at the Convitto Ecclesiastico in Florence. Giglio currently serves as the director of Caritas for the dioceses of Siena-Colle di Val d’Elsa-Montalcino and Montepulciano-Chiusi-Pienza. The bishops thanked Emanuele Morelli, the director of Caritas in Pisa, for his years of service.
