The Archdiocese of Otranto is a Latin Church archdiocese in Apulia, Italy, that retains the title of archbishop but since 1980 is a suffragan of the Metropolitan Archdiocese of Lecce. Its current archbishop is Francesco Neri, appointed in 2023.

History
Otranto Cathedral, in the Apulian city of Otranto, is the seat of the Archdiocese of Otranto (Latin: Archidioecesis Hydruntina), a Latin archdiocese of the Catholic Church in Italy and a suffragan of the archdiocese of Lecce. Donato Negro is the current archbishop.

Archbishop Bruno Musarò dies
Archbishop Bruno Musarò died on the morning of September 26, 2026, at the Casa di Betania hospice in Tricase, according to the Diocese of Otranto. Musarò served as the titular Archbishop of Castro and as an emeritus Apostolic Nuncio. Born in Andrano on June 27, 1948, he was ordained a priest for the Archdiocese of Otranto on September 19, 1971.
