The Diocese of Marbel is a Latin Church suffragan see of the Archdiocese of Cotabato, covering South Cotabato, Sarangani, and parts of Sultan Kudarat. Erected as a territorial prelature in 1960 and raised to a diocese in 1982, its seat is the Cathedral of Christ the King in Koronadal.

History
What began in 1960 as the territorial prelature of Marbel was raised to a full diocese in 1982. The Diocese of Marbel (Latin: Dioecesis Marbeliana), a Latin Church jurisdiction in the Philippines, is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Cotabato, currently led by Bishop Cerilo Uy Casicas, named on April 29, 2018, by Pope Francis. South Cotabato occupies the southern portion of what was once the entire province of Cotabato.
