The Diocese of Tarlac is a Latin Church diocese covering Tarlac province, erected in 1963 and suffragan to the Archdiocese of San Fernando, Pampanga. Roberto C. Mallari was appointed its fourth bishop in December 2024 and installed in March 2025.

History
The whole civil province of Tarlac in the Philippines belongs to the Latin Catholic Diocese of Tarlac (Latin: Dioecesis Tarlacensis), with one exception: Camp Servillano Aquino in San Miguel, Tarlac City, which comes under the Military Ordinariate. Saint Sebastian Cathedral in Tarlac City serves as the see.
