History
Within the ecclesiastical province of Wrocław in Poland, the city of Legnica anchors this Latin Church diocese of the Catholic Church (Latin: Dioecesis Legnicensis). Catholic Church statistics for 2013 recorded 30.1% of the population attending church every Sunday and holy day of obligation, or more often.
