The Diocese of Ruyigi is a Latin Church diocese in eastern Burundi, erected on 13 April 1973 from the Archdiocese of Gitega and the Diocese of Ngozi. It is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Gitega and has been led by Bishop Blaise Nzeyimana since 2010.

History
The city of Ruyigi in Burundi is the seat of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Ruyigi (Latin: Ruyigen(sis)), a diocese within the ecclesiastical province of Gitega.
