The Archdiocese of Acerenza is a Latin Church archdiocese in the Basilicata region of southern Italy, an episcopal see since the late 5th century and elevated to metropolitan rank in the 11th century. It is now a suffragan archdiocese of Potenza-Muro Lucano-Marsico Nuovo, with a Romanesque cathedral dedicated to the Assumption and to Saint Canius.
