The Diocese of Cesena-Sarsina is a Latin Church diocese in Emilia-Romagna, Italy, formed in 1986 when Sarsina was united with the historic see of Cesena. It is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Ravenna-Cervia. Antonio Giuseppe Caiazzo, who holds the personal title of archbishop, was appointed bishop in January 2025 and installed in March 2025, succeeding Douglas Regattieri.
