Cumaná is a metropolitan archdiocese in northeastern Venezuela, founded as a diocese in 1922 and elevated to archdiocese in 1992, with suffragans Barcelona, Carúpano, El Tigre, and Margarita. Its archbishop since 2025 is Ángel Francisco Caraballo Fermín. Note: this see is an archdiocese, not a diocese.
