The Diocese of Little Rock is asking for prayers for Debi, the niece of Barbara Doyle, so that she may receive an accurate medical diagnosis and successful treatment.

The Diocese of Little Rock is asking for prayers for Selisha, Keron, and their 4-month-old baby as they face imminent eviction.

Terryann Floyd submitted the request on September 15, 2026, stating that the family has less than one week to find a new residence and currently has no place to stay. Floyd requested prayers for financial breakthrough, protection, and for the family to find a safe and stable home.

A person named Patrik submitted a prayer to the Diocese of Little Rock on September 15, 2026, asking for death and peace.

In the prayer, Patrik expressed a loss of hope and faith in living because a desired life with a person named Bibiana did not happen. He asked God to take him to heaven or wherever he belongs and to give his life to someone who will cherish it more. He stated that he no longer has the strength to continue suffering.

The Diocese of Little Rock is asking for urgent prayers for a woman named Ashwini.

According to a prayer request submitted by Dorothy Alphonso, Ashwini is pregnant following two previous miscarriages. Doctors have reported that the child's heart is not formed and have advised waiting three days.

Immaculate Conception School will host Falcon Fest on Sunday, Oct. 11, to celebrate its 70th anniversary. The event runs from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and includes food, games, and activities for the community.

Located in North Little Rock, the school was established in 1956 with 136 students. It currently serves nearly 450 students in grades ranging from three years old through eighth grade.

Blessed Sacrament Church will host its 46th annual Fall Festival on Saturday, Oct. 3, in Jonesboro. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and offers free admission to the public.

Attendees can choose from various food options, including specialties from Hispanic, Filipino, Venezuelan, and Vietnamese cultures, as well as standard festival fare and beverages. The schedule includes carnival games, balloon art, live performances, bingo, a cornhole tournament, and a silent auction.

The Diocese of Little Rock will host a one-day Unbound retreat for men and women on Saturday, Oct. 3, at Christ the King Church in Little Rock. Held in the Family Life Center from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., the event is designed for those seeking healing and freedom from fear, anxiety, guilt, or hopelessness.

The retreat uses a prayer model from Neal Lozano’s book, Unbound: A Practical Guide to Deliverance, to explore five keys. This ministry is a new program within the diocese led by chaplain Father William Burmester of Texarkana.

The Olivetan Benedictine Sisters will host a one-day spiritual retreat for oblates and guests at Holy Angels Convent in Jonesboro on Saturday, Sept. 26. The event runs from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and centers on the theme of the Liturgy of the Hours.

Father Cody Eveld, an associate pastor at Blessed Sacrament Church in Jonesboro, will lead the retreat. The schedule includes Mass, adoration, confession, talks, social time, meals, and praying the Liturgy of the Hours.
