Bishop Dom Francisco de Assis Gabriel dos Santos presides over closing mass of Santa Rita de Cássia feast in Coremas

Bishop Dom Francisco de Assis Gabriel dos Santos presided over a solemn Mass to close the feast of Santa Rita de Cássia in Coremas on Sunday, October 18. The celebration followed a procession through the city streets and served as the conclusion to ten days of festivities for the parish.

The feast, which began on October 9, brought together the local parish community and devotees for prayer and celebrations. During the event, the community was encouraged to renew its devotion to Santa Rita de Cássia and strengthen communal bonds.

Parish priest Father Francisco Alves thanked the faithful, pastoral groups, movements, and service teams for their help in organizing the festivities.
