Cardenal Fernando Chomali leads meeting with superiors of consecrated life in Santiago

Cardinal Fernando Chomali led a meeting for superiors of consecrated life at the Church of Santiago to discuss administrative, canonical, and pastoral guidelines. The gathering brought together provincial superiors, general superiors, and delegates from various congregations and institutes within the Vicariate for the Clergy and Consecrated Life present in the capital.

The meeting aimed to align standards for managing church property and pastoral service while strengthening communion and fraternal dialogue among religious orders. During his address, Cardinal Chomali thanked those who moved from other countries to serve in Chile and warned against the risks of individualism. He stated that the rise of individualistic attitudes can lead to isolation, which he described as a dangerous path for the Church.
