Chants Between the Readings Book Launched at OLEM

Catholic IntelligenceUpdated 1 min read

The Diocese of East Anglia will launch the second volume of the Graduale Parvum, titled Chants Between the Readings, on Saturday, October 24. The launch will take place at Our Lady of the Assumption and the English Martyrs in Cambridge immediately before a 12 noon Mass.

Provost Eugène Harkness will celebrate the sung Ordinary Form Latin Mass, and Bishop Emeritus Alan Hopes will preach during the Votive Mass of the Blessed Virgin Mary. The Graduale Parvum, approved for use across England and Wales, provides flexible chants for any parish with musical capability to cover sections of the liturgy that are often omitted. Following this release, the diocese announced that a volume titled Communion Antiphons and Psalms will be published shortly.
