His Way at Work partners with new guild for business owners
His Way at Work has partnered with the Diocese of Bridgeport to form the Sts. Louis and Zelie Martin Guild for Business Owners. The association launched the guild on October 22 during an event at St. Thomas Aquinas Parish in Fairfield.
Nearly 40 local entrepreneurs attended the launch event, which included Bishop Frank J. Caggiano. Participants met to learn about consecrating their companies to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and to connect with other Catholic business owners.
The guild provides formation specifically for leaders and offers a way for business owners to support one another. Deacon Patrick Toole, Chancellor and Secretary of the Curia, stated the guild helps owners build workplace cultures based on faith, service, and compassion for employees.
His Way at Work began in 2008 as a coaching company founded by Peter Freissle. The international association now works to help businesses integrate religious values into their professional environments.
