About 800 young people gathered in Mocajuba for the 2026 National Youth Day

The Youth Pastoral of the Diocese of Cametá gathered approximately 800 young people at the Parish of Our Lady of Conception in Mocajuba from October 16 to 18. The gathering celebrated the 2026 National Youth Day under the theme "Go, young person, and rebuild my Church."

The program included missionary visits, thematic workshops, Holy Mass, and periods of prayer and communal sharing. The event also marked the 45th anniversary of the Youth Pastoral. Participants focused on strengthening faith and the role of young people in the evangelizing mission of the Church.
