XXV aniversario de Cope Soria

COPE Soria celebrated its 25th anniversary on the evening of Thursday, October 8, marking a quarter century since the station opened in the provincial capital.

Diocesan Administrator Gabriel Ángel Rodríguez spoke during the event, recalling the station's inauguration under Bishop Francisco Pérez González. Rodríguez noted that the station maintains professional rigor and quality despite rapid technological changes. He described the station's work as an act of social justice for a province facing geographic dispersion and demographic challenges. Rodríguez added that the station serves the local community by giving voice to towns, promoting culture, and advocating for the solidarity the region deserves.

The celebration included several local officials and media executives, such as Soria Mayor Javier Antón, Soria Provincial Council President Benito Serrano, and COPE Soria Director Fidel López. Sonia Maroto presented the ceremony.
