Szent István király is the cathedral of the Diocese of Esztergom–Budapest in Budapest-Szentistvánváros. It is dedicated to Stephen I of Hungary. It dates from 1905. József Hild and Miklós Ybl designed it in the Neoclassical style. It holds the title of minor basilica. The see was erected in 1001.
