Holy Spirit Catholic Church is located in Jacksonville, Florida. Founded in 1966 to serve the East Arlington area, it began with Masses held in a Beacon Hills clubhouse for about 60 families. The first church building, completed in 1971, was later converted into a school and social hall. A new church was dedicated in 1992 after a delay due to the discovery of human remains during construction. This church includes stained glass windows from Holy Rosary Church on Laura Street and a statue of Kateri Tekakwitha. The parish has been led by several pastors, including Msgr. James Heslin, Fr. Anand Maddineni, Fr. Anthony Bonela, and Fr. Amar Nagothu.
