San Sebastian Catholic Church is located at 1112 State Road 16, St. Augustine, FL 32084-8596. Founded in 1968, the parish began with Masses held in a local flower shop before moving to Palmer Street in 1969, where it remained until 1973 when construction on its current church began. The new church was dedicated in 1973 and later expanded in 2005. Fr. John D. Gillespie became the pastor in 2010, following the retirement of Fr. Thomas P. Walsh.
