St. Mary's Syro-Malabar Knanaya Catholic Church
Morton Grove, IL
Established as a parish on July 18, 2010 in a former Morton Grove synagogue purchased on January 14, 2010 and remodeled in the Syro-Malabar tradition, it is the second parish for Knanaya Catholics in Chicago and serves around 750 families north of Expressway 90 and in Wisconsin. The parish maintains a Knanaya Catholic Cemetery within Mary-Hill Cemetery in Niles.
