Established as a mission of the Eparchy of Chicago on December 15, 2013, the Denver Syro-Malabar community acquired a permanent church at 25 S Newland St, Lakewood, CO in mid-2025; Bishop Mar Joy Alappatt blessed the church on October 26, 2025, and regular Sunday Holy Qurbana is now celebrated there.
