The Diocese of Assisi-Nocera Umbra-Gualdo Tadino is a Latin Rite see in Umbria, central Italy, formed in 1986 by uniting the historic sees of Assisi and Nocera Umbra-Gualdo Tadino. Since January 2026 it has been governed in persona Episcopi with the Diocese of Foligno under Archbishop-bishop Felice Accrocca.
