The Diocese of Gubbio is an ancient Latin diocese in Umbria, central Italy, with roots in the 5th century, suffragan to the Archdiocese of Perugia-Città della Pieve since 1972. Its cathedral is dedicated to Saints Marianus and James the Martyr, and it is led by Bishop Luciano Paolucci Bedini.

Umbria's province of Perugia, in central Italy, contains the Diocese of Gubbio (Latin: Dioecesis Eugubina), a Latin diocese of the Catholic Church.
