The Diocese of Grajaú is a Latin Church diocese in the state of Maranhão, Brazil, suffragan to the Archdiocese of São Luís do Maranhão. It was erected as a territorial prelature in 1922 and later became a diocese. Its current bishop, Dom Giuseppe Luigi Spiga, was installed in 2025.
