The Diocese of Uruguaiana is a Latin Church diocese in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, established in 1910 and suffragan to the Archdiocese of Santa Maria. Its bishop since 2025 is Clésio Facco, the first Brazilian bishop appointed by Pope Leo XIV.

History
In the state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, the Diocese of Uruguaiana (Latin: Dioecesis Uruguaianensis) is a Latin Church territory suffragan to the metropolitan Archdiocese of Santa Maria. Its episcopal seat is the Catedral Senhora Sant’Ana in Uruguaiana, dedicated to St. Anne.
