The Diocese of Vacaria is a Latin Church diocese in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Originally a territorial prelature created in 1934, it was raised to a diocese in 1957 and is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Passo Fundo, led since 2018 by Bishop Sílvio Guterres Dutra.

Vacaria is the episcopal seat of this Latin Church diocese of the Catholic Church in Brazil (Latin: Dioecesis Vaccariensis), a suffragan within the province of the metropolitan Archdiocese of Passo Fundo.

Grupo de Amigos Canção Nova Vacaria makes annual pilgrimage to Aparecida and Canção Nova
Approximately 58 members of the Grupo de Amigos Canção Nova Vacaria traveled to Aparecida and Cachoeira Paulista on September 17 for their annual pilgrimage. The group visited the National Sanctuary of Aparecida to pray before the patroness of Brazil before continuing to the Canção Nova Community headquarters. While at Canção Nova, the group attended the Encontro dos Amigos Canção Nova, an event for members and groups from various Brazilian regions and other countries. This year's meeting used the theme "I am a Pilgrim of Love, I Will Sow!", which drew inspiration from Psalm 126 and a song by Monsenhor Jonas Abib. The Diocese of Vacaria reported that the trip allowed participants to renew their commitment to spreading the Gospel and the Canção Nova charism throughout the Vacaria region.
