The Diocese of Vacaria is a Latin Church diocese in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Originally a territorial prelature created in 1934, it was raised to a diocese in 1957 and is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Passo Fundo, led since 2018 by Bishop Sílvio Guterres Dutra.

Vacaria is the episcopal seat of this Latin Church diocese of the Catholic Church in Brazil (Latin: Dioecesis Vaccariensis), a suffragan within the province of the metropolitan Archdiocese of Passo Fundo.
