The Diocese of Frederico Westphalen is a Latin Church diocese in northern Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, suffragan to the Archdiocese of Passo Fundo. It was established in 1961 from territory of the Dioceses of Passo Fundo and Santa Maria.

History
Frederico Westphalen, a city in the ecclesiastical province of Passo Fundo in Brazil, is the seat of this diocese, known in Latin as Dioecesis Vestphaleniana.
