Latin-rite military ordinariate serving the Catholic members of the Colombian armed forces and national police, seated in Bogota. It was established as a military vicariate on 13 October 1949 and elevated to a military ordinariate on 21 July 1986. Its seat is the Military Cathedral of Jesus Christ the Redeemer in Bogota; as of the latest Wikipedia data the see is vacant under Apostolic Administrator Jose Roberto Ospina Leongomez.

Bishop José Roberto Ospina Leongómez presided over a ceremony for four people to receive Catholic sacraments at the Catedral Castrense Jesucristo Redentor in the North Canton of Bogotá. Priests of the Military Ordinariate of Colombia participated in a three day encounter from September 14 to 16 to strengthen their pastoral service to military and police units and their families.
