The Archdiocese of Conakry is the metropolitan see of the Latin Church in Guinea, founded as an apostolic prefecture in 1897 and elevated to a metropolitan archdiocese in 1955. Archbishop François Sylla succeeded Vincent Coulibaly on February 28, 2026 and was installed on May 9, 2026.

History
Guinea's Latin Church metropolitan see is the Archdiocese of Conakry (Latin: Konakrien(sis)), whose ecclesiastical province takes in the whole of the country. The archdiocese depends upon the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples, and the archbishop's cathedra rests in the Cathédrale Sainte-Marie in Conakry, the national capital.
