The Diocese of N'Zérékoré is a Latin Catholic see in southeastern Guinea, established as an apostolic prefecture in 1937 and promoted to a diocese in 1959. It is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Conakry and its cathedral is dedicated to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

Centered on the city of N'Zérékoré in Guinea, the Roman Catholic Diocese of N'Zérékoré (Latin: Nzerekoren(sis)) forms part of the ecclesiastical province of Conakry.
