The Diocese of Dedza is a Latin Church diocese in central Malawi, erected in 1956 as an apostolic vicariate and raised to a diocese in 1959. It is suffragan to the Archdiocese of Lilongwe, and Peter Adrian Chifukwa has been bishop since 2021.

Seated in the city of Dedza in Malawi, the Roman Catholic Diocese of Dedza (Latin: Dedzaën(sis)) belongs to the ecclesiastical province of Lilongwe.
