The Diocese of Mzuzu is a Latin Catholic suffragan see of Lilongwe covering the northern region of Malawi. Established as an apostolic prefecture in 1947 and erected as a diocese in 1961, it has been led by Bishop Yohane Suzgo Nyirenda since 2025.

History
At Mzuzu in Malawi sits the Roman Catholic Diocese of Mzuzu (Latin: Mzuzuen(sis)), a see belonging to the Ecclesiastical Province of the Archdiocese of Lilongwe.
