Located in Anambra State, Nigeria, the Diocese of Ekwulobia is a Latin Church jurisdiction serving as a suffragan see within the ecclesiastical province of the metropolitan Onitsha. Its first bishop, Peter Ebere Cardinal Okpaleke, was installed on 29 April 2020.
