The Diocese of Nnewi is a Latin Church diocese in the northern part of Anambra State, Nigeria, erected in 2001 from the Archdiocese of Onitsha, of which it is a suffragan. Its newly dedicated Cathedral of Our Lady of Assumption is in Nnewi, led by Bishop Jonas Benson Okoye since 2022.

Seated in Nnewi, in Nigeria's Anambra State, the Roman Catholic Diocese of Nnewi (Latin: Nnevien(sis)) belongs to the ecclesiastical province of Onitsha.
