The Diocese of Nnewi is a Latin Church diocese in the northern part of Anambra State, Nigeria, erected in 2001 from the Archdiocese of Onitsha, of which it is a suffragan. Its newly dedicated Cathedral of Our Lady of Assumption is in Nnewi, led by Bishop Jonas Benson Okoye since 2022.
