The Archdiocese of Mérida-Badajoz is a Latin Church metropolitan archdiocese in Extremadura, Spain. Founded as the Diocese of Badajoz in 1255, it was elevated to a metropolitan archdiocese in 1994 with suffragans Coria-Cáceres and Plasencia.

Created in 1255, the see now called the Archdiocese of Mérida-Badajoz (Latin: Archidioecesis Emeritensis Augustanus-Pacensis) is a Latin Church ecclesiastical territory in Spain. It bore the name Diocese of Badajoz until 1994.
